Deliverables could include:

•A personal package of inspiration including recommended colours, furniture layout, reference photos of furniture, fixtures, fabrics, lighting and finishes and a shopping guide to retailers or websites where you can purchase the items necessary to bring your project alive.

•A written second opinion on architectural drawings

•Written recommendations on simple structural changes

•A detailed lighting plan

•Modifications to entry ways, new windows, exterior finishes, landscaping

Margo will meet with you to understand the scope and scale of your project and moving forward she will share her creative vision through inspiration boards and reference materials. Once you have agreed on the approach she can provide recommendations on professionals to work with such as architects, painters, plumbers and upholsterers for example. She will source and with your approval, purchase all necessary items to pull everything together. This could include light fixtures, flooring, furniture, fabrics, cabinetry, appliances, window coverings and artwork. Projects are kept on time and budget through weekly updates – face to face, written or by phone – your choice.

Based on a percentage of your total budget, negotiated at the outset of the project, Margo will partner with you and your architect, developer or contractor to create your dream home from the ground up. Services can include development of the creative vision for the project: initial site inspection; site supervision; interaction with and/or management of architects, engineers, contractors and trades; responsibility for ensuring the creative vision is delivered across all aspects of the build or renovation including all hard and soft finishes.
